Cancellation Policy
By renting an e-bike from Imfilo Arisaig E-Bike Adventures, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Rental Agreement All rentals are subject to availability. Imfilo reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its discretion. 2. Rental Eligibility Renters must be 18 years of age or older. A valid government-issued ID is required for all rentals. Riders under 18 are not permitted to rent e-bikes. 3. Rental Duration and Fees E-bike rentals are charged hourly or daily, with a minimum rental period which may apply. Late returns will incur a fee of $25 per 15 min. 4. Security Deposit Imfilo reserves the right to require a security deposit for any rental. Deposits, if required, will be refunded upon return of the e-bike in good condition. 5. Safety Guidelines Helmets are provided free of charge and must be worn at all times during the rental period. Riders must comply with all traffic laws and local cycling regulations. Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. 6. Care and Maintenance Renters are responsible for reasonable care of the e-bike during the rental. Damage due to misuse, neglect, or abuse will be charged to the renter. 7. Reporting Incidents All accidents, injuries, or mechanical issues must be reported to Imfilo immediately. Failure to report incidents may result in additional charges. 8. Return Policy E-bikes must be returned to the designated Imfilo return location by the end of the rental period. Imfilo reserves the right to charge for damage, loss, or missing items. 9. Liability Waiver By renting an e-bike, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with cycling. You agree to release Imfilo Arisaig E-Bike Adventures from any liability for injury, damage, or loss resulting from your rental. Renters will be required to sign a release of liability form upon rental. 10. Reservation Policy Advance reservations are required. 11. Cancelation Rental can be cancelled 24 hours prior to rental without penalty. Refunds are not issued within 24h of your booking. We will cancel the eBikes in heavy rain automatically. 12. Acceptance of Terms By renting an e-bike from Imfilo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all terms and conditions in this agreement. 13. Amendments Imfilo Arisaig E-Bike Adventures reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
